How do you catalog your shared photos? With bandwidth always an issue, one photobucket, imgur, mediafire etc account is not enough to last for long. As you add photos to any host, free or paid, how do you keep track of what you've shared where?

I used to get lost and confused when storing my photos I want to share at a hosting site but, now what I do is I file all my photo's by year in a single file while store the dated photos in their own separate photos inside my year file. When that year is done I just save to my flash drive with the others. Now, when I store them at the worlds most unforgiving hosting site known as Photobucket I wait until I'm pretty close to running out of space then I go to the oldest photos which is at the very back last page and delete them. No harm done, the most important thing is I have them on computer file I'm good to go and I always back them up on a flashcard. I really can't stand photobucket, I'm hoping there's good of not better things to come out of Media Fire because I would LOVE to move all my photos there. There's also Tiny Pic, they're a runoff from photobucket, I think they still are photobucket though. They're just not as organized as photobucket is though, but they free and I love my freebie sites. lol
