I was back by the stump the Pheasant Back is growing on. Look how much one of the small ones has grown! Only a few days.

I need to learn more of it's capabilities. The 2.8 lens across the whole focal length is a very good feature.

I got the F27 second hand of of Mike on the other site. I like the bridge cameras means you have all the lens I need. and like the fuji as it takes AA battery's that you can get most places, I have rechargeable ones

I like the AA battery feature. I used to insist on it on my point and shoot cameras. All the stuff I have now take specialized, very expensive batteries and they must be ordered. No camera shops at all in the small town I'm from.

We do have a camera shop in Maidstone one of the oldest businesses still going .

The closest dedicated camera shop that I'm aware of to me closed recently. It was in Charleston, nearly 100 miles away. I haven't searched for another but I think the next nearest is in the Blacksburg/Christiansburg area of Virginia.
