I've long been sold on the health benefits of apple cider vinegar, especially in helping with weight loss. Raw honey is supposed to be another natural health food. I don't like honey, but I'm not taking it because I like it. I mix about two teaspoons with a cap full of vinegar (cap from the bottle) and about two capfulls of water. I heat it so the honey will dissolve into the liquid. I drink this down hot, choke, gag then do it again a time or two during the day.

Not sure how that would help, but anything is worth a try! Sounds rancid though, I must admit!

BorrowMad it really is a matter of personal taste. Luckily I do like vinegar or things with a tart taste. And then the health benefits to make it a little easier to swallow
