does remind me of the M2 bridge when they were building it the pillars were being knocked in by power drives (could hear them from where I worked 5 miles away) a work mate told me that one of the pillars was pushed right down under the ground.

I told him he was joking .

but when it was 50 years old they had a report on the TV a said i was true.
