The project garden is becoming very rewarding. Yesterday I had visits from TWO Monarch Butterflies, honey bees and hummers. There were solitary bees along with several other species of butterflies and insects. There are two Monarchs in this shot. Hard to see the one on the right. It's facing away but it's the best shot I could get with two in the same shot. This Monarch spent hours on the Zinnias. This larger one came and after a short time chased the smaller on away! Honey bees are visiting the Zinnias. Solitary bees, like this Leaf Cutter seem to prefer the Cosmos Even the hummingbirds are enjoying the various flowers in the garden.
