Lambs ear or Stachys Byzantina May be a coincidence but the Gray Leaf I mentioned is sometimes called Lambs Ear here. The leaves are very velvety.

This is not Byzantina I look it up in my book there are 100 types of Stachys, Byzantina has different leaves more like grass.

Yes, that's Gray Leaf. Here's the Latin name and a couple of photos of mine. Lychnis (Lychnis Coronaria)
